Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 business days Monday to Friday.

Shipping and Delivery 
The following methods are available via Canada Post, Expedited, Xpresspost, and Priority Post Monday to Friday.

Priority Post orders will be processed on the same day if order is placed by 2:00pm EST, any order placed after that time will be processed on the next following business day. Please note deliveries do not occur on weekends or holidays.

All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes).

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking 
Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email with your shipment confirmation and tracking number.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
GYMagic Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Damages
GYMagic Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Canada Post or our support team directly at sales@gymagic.ca to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
GYMagic Inc. is only shipping to North America, United Kingdom, Germany, Ireland and Australia at this time, please contact our support team directly at sales@gymagic.ca if you have any inquiries.

Due to COVID - 19 pandemic please anticipate delays in shipping as it takes longer to process the high volume of parcels Canada Post has been receiving. Please track your items and stay safe.
