We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Check your order as soon as it arrives. If there’s an issue—whether it’s defective, damaged, or not what you ordered—contact us immediately. We’re here to resolve it quickly and ensure your satisfaction. Your happiness is our top priority!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items, like custom orders, personalized products, personal care goods (e.g., undergarments and scrunchies), sale items, and gift cards, are not eligible for return. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any concerns with your order, contact us immediately—we’re here to help and committed to resolving any issues swiftly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 days cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@gymagic.ca.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have its original Tags.
Items that are exempt from being returned are Gift Cards, Social Distancing Masks also we do not accept products that are intimate or health and personal care items.
To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24 hours from when we approved your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check with your bank.
Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If you made your purchase at our store, boutique, or an event, return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and if you're eligible for a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
